Final Project

Image
This is my final project. For our final project we had to create a portfolio with all our previous assignments. This project too me 8-10 hours. The things I struggled with the most were trying to get my canvas project into the portfolio. The other problem I had was fixing the links. Every time I would save or enter the assignment, it would show all the links that were either missing or needed to be replaced and I just couldn't figure out how to do it. Overall it was a easy project just time consuming. Lastly, I would like to thank Professor Roundtree, because without her I don't think I would have been able to do it.

Somewhere

Image
This is the finished product for my Somewhere project. Overall this was my favorite project of this class. The objective was to place ourselves in and environment next to a celebrity, athlete, or in a movie. This project too me about 6-8 hours to complete but I enjoyed doing it. Like I said this was my favorite project because I got to place myself doing a jersey swap with one of my favorite baseball player in Vladimir Guerrero Jr.  Some things  I  had trouble with were getting the netting to lineup so it  didn't  look off and the  background. All in all this was my favorite project.

Business Cards

Image
These are my Business cards. There is three of them, front and back on each of them. We created them on InDesign and in total took me about 4-5 hours. This project was an interesting one. I thought it was cool to create our own business cards with our logs we made earlier in the semester. The first one is a turquoise color background, with blue and green inter design colors along with my logo in black.  The fronts of each card have my name, phone number, email, and website. My second business card is all white with a black streak on the back and a grey streak on the front, both sides have my logo in white. And finally my last card which is my favorite. I really like the color scheme on this one and I really like the gradient style. The top of the card is a orange-red color that fades into black on the bottom. both sides have my logo in white and I also added circles to each side to give it a more advanced look. Overall I liked this project and had ...

BW to Color

Image
The Black and White to Color was a cool project. We used Photoshop for this project and there was so much you could do with it. The fist thing I did was change my photo to black and white. For my colored versions I chose three different colored backgrounds. The first one was blue, second one was orange and third one was purple. I changed the opacity on them so you could see the background of the picture. The next thing I changed was the hair. I found it so crazy that the software could make the changes look so good. In the first one I made my hair dark blue, second one was purple, and third one was orange. The changing of hair color was probably my favorite part of this project because I found it so amazing and astonishing that the software could do something like that. And lastly I changed my shirt color to yellow, purple, and blue. All in all I thought it was a fun project and it helped me learn to navigate myself around Photoshop.
